The Patriot Choir 6 is a general music class with emphasis on the basics of choral singing.  Students study all of the elements of music through "hands on" experiences with songs, Orff instruments, unpitched percussion, singing games, recorder and movement.  The music repertoire serves as an educational tool for students to master musical concepts. An additional emphasis in this class is to gain the skills necessary to read musical notation.  This class serves as a solid foundation for future success in choir, piano, recorder, guitar, band or any chosen musical medium.
